Gaming is for fun. vipt wants you to always play safely and responsibly. This page covers everything you need to know about responsible gaming.
To every member at vipt, we want to say this – gaming is a form of entertainment, just like watching a movie or playing cricket with friends. But like any form of entertainment, it comes with limits, and staying within those limits is what responsible gaming is all about.
Online gaming has become a part of everyday life for many people in Bangladesh. vipt wants that experience to stay positive. That's why we don't just provide games — we also care deeply about the mental wellbeing and financial safety of every one of our members.
Responsible gaming does not mean giving up gaming. It means playing consciously and with a plan – where you stay in control, not the game.
Vipt provides a range of powerful tools to help keep your gaming experience safe and in control.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once the limit is reached, new deposits will be automatically blocked.
Set a time limit for each gaming session. When the time is up, vipt will automatically alert you or log you out.
A prompt will appear at set intervals showing how much time and money you have spent.
Take a temporary break from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this time, you will not be able to access your account or place any bets.
Exclude yourself from all gaming for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This is the most stringent protection measure available.
Set a daily or weekly maximum loss amount. Once you hit the limit, your session will automatically end.
Ask yourself the questions below. If you answer "yes" to most of them, it may be time to seek help.
Tell yourself, "I need help." It's the hardest step, but also the most important one.
Set up a deposit limit or self-exclusion. Contact our support team and we will help you through it.
Reach out to the people close to you. Facing problems alone is hard, but having family by your side makes it easier.
Talk to a mental health professional or counselor. Gaming addiction is treatable.
Exercise, family time, hobbies — find enjoyable alternatives to gaming.
Before you start playing, decide how much you are willing to spend. Once that amount is gone, stop – that's the rule.
Keep track of the time. Playing "just a little more" costs you both time and money. Setting a session timer is the easiest way to stay on track.
Avoid gaming when you're feeling down, angry, or stressed. Your judgment is impaired at those moments, and the risk of harm increases.
"Just one more game and I'll win" – that's the most dangerous mindset. If you're losing, stop. Step away and revisit it with a clear head.
Scheduling gaming between family or social time naturally creates healthy boundaries.
Your full transaction history on vipt is always accessible. Checking it once a week helps you stay on top of your spending.
