1 Introduction & Eligibility

• Vipt may request a copy of your national ID or passport for account verification.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Vipt's services are for adults only. The following conditions must be met to use our services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country from which you are playing.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You are not on vipt's self-exclusion list.

Vipt may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Vipt accepts multiple payment methods, including mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets. Key policies governing all transactions:

• Deposits must be made from an account in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount depends on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Vipt charges no additional fees on withdrawals.
• Vipt reserves the right to verify transactions if unusual activity patterns are detected.
• In compliance with anti-money laundering laws, vipt may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Vipt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that you should review before claiming.

• If the required wagering conditions are not met after claiming a bonus, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account termination.
• Each promotion runs for a set period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the promotion expires.
• Vipt reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel any offer at any time.
• Multiple individuals from the same household or device may not claim bonuses separately.

6 Fair Play Policy & RNG

All games on vipt use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology audited by accredited third parties. This ensures that:

• Every game result is entirely random and not predetermined.
• Neither vipt nor any third party can control or alter game outcomes.
• All players have an equal opportunity to win.

If a technical error occurs during a game, all bets placed in the affected round will be voided and stakes refunded. vipt is not obligated to provide additional compensation in such circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipt platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing systematic bets with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Playing games using hacking, bots, or automated software.
• Using vipt for money laundering or to conceal the origin of illegal funds.
• Harassing other members or using inappropriate language.
• Attempting unauthorized access to vipt's systems.
• Match-fixing or collusion (secret arrangements with other players).

8 Data Privacy & Protection

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Suspension

• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded; however, bonus funds will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Vipt is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, vipt's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Game losses resulting from loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by errors in third-party software or servers.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.

12 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

Vipt reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.
• Registered email or in-app messages will be used to notify you of significant changes.
